We used this little beauty during our last blackout. It’s an inflatable LED lamp with mini built-in solar panels. It has 3 settings – low, high & strobe effect. Even on the lowest light setting, it was bright enough for our board game play.

It doesn’t have a charge meter so there is no way to know how much reserve you’ve got.  But after an 8 hour charge session, we got an equal amount of  light time. The frosted version gives out a nice soft light that is great for eye level illumination. They are also available in clear as well as a primary colored rainbow variety pack.  The mini EMRG model has a red strobe mode for roadside emergencies.
